Ginger root, spoonful of sea salt, spoon of turmeric, lemon juice.

How to prepare the remedy
Soak the ginger in water for 15 minutes because it will be easier to remove the skin with a spoon. Chop the ginger on tiny pieces. Squeeze the lemon juice. You need juice to completely cover the ginger.

Add the salt and turmeric in the lemon juice and wait for them to dissolve and then pour the liquid over the ginger. Seal the container and let the mixture ferment for about two weeks.
